We, free citizens, defenders of individual sovereignty, the free market, and Western moral heritage, supported by the full exercise of our constitutional rights, hereby officially declare the creation of this new political force.
Inspired by the historical legacy of global republicanism—such as the abolition of slavery led by Abraham Lincoln and fundamental achievements in civil rights—we rescue the guiding thread of a tradition that should never have been interrupted by authoritarian ruptures. This party is not old; it is a living organism that constantly rejuvenates itself to improve and secure the future of nations.
Our Fundamental Principles:
* Continuous and Innovative Republic: We rescue the roots of classical republicanism, uniting institutional order with modernity. A movement that constantly renews itself to respond to global challenges.
* Cutting-Edge Technology and Mineral Sovereignty: Uncompromising defense of our rare earths and strategic resources. Technological exploration and recycling must belong to the nation itself and its people, in partnership with national citizens and producers, ensuring that our wealth serves internal development and worker dignity, free from predatory foreign exploitation.
* National Defense and Naval Industry: Modernization and strong state-private sponsorship focused on the defense sector, with emphasis on the naval industry, the navy, and the armed forces. We transform historically stagnant sectors into cutting-edge technological innovation hubs, ensuring the sovereign protection of our waters and borders.
* Christian Roots and Family: We recognize Christian ethics as our nation's moral bedrock, guaranteeing mutual respect for faith and the sacred preservation of the family as the foundation of society.
* Unconditional Defense of Life: A firm stance protecting human life, expressing our uncompromising vote against abortion.
* Severe Justice: The relentless rigor of the law—with life imprisonment or the death penalty—for highly dangerous criminals, such as drug traffickers, psychopaths, child abusers, and veiled xenophobia as an affront to the dignity and respect of anyone who becomes a citizen of this nation.

Legal Basis:
This act of foundation and constitution is legally grounded in Article 17 of the 1988 Federal Constitution, which guarantees freedom of creation and political pluralism; the Political Parties Law (Law No. 9,096/1995), which regulates the organization and functioning of political banners; and the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), consolidating the legal personality of this new democratic institution.
